These are terms for using this website. They are not your service agreement.
Work we do for you is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or work authorization you sign, together with any manufacturer documentation for equipment we install. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates requested or shown through this website are not binding offers and do not form a contract. What a job costs depends on what we find at the property. Our estimates are free. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in writing and signed.
Scheduling and emergency service
Appointments requested through this website or our booking page are requests until we confirm them with you. We offer 24/7 emergency service.
Warranties
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and its terms are set by the manufacturer. We are a Carrier and Mitsubishi dealer.
Financing
Financing is offered through Wisetack, an independent finance provider. We are not the lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not set rates or terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the provider.
Using this website
Please use this site for its intended purpose. Do not try to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system behind it, interfere with its operation, collect data from it at a volume that degrades service for others, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
